1.Book
Book your collection slot. Arrange collection and delivery for a time that's convenient for you.
2.Pack
We will bring an extra large laundry bag on collection day. You can empty your laundry basket into it.
3.Wash
Let us take care of it: We colour-sort, stain-treat, wash and then gently tumble dry before neatly folding up and packing ready for return.
4.Deliver
We deliver your clean fresh laundry, usually within 48 hours.

1. How long does it take?
We endeavor to get your items back to you withing 48 hours. If you need them sooner, just ask and we'll see what we can do.
2. How do you protect against shrinking?
We take extra care to protect your garments! We wash all items at a cooler 30°C, and our advanced heat pump tumble dryers use lower temperatures than traditional dryers. While this gentle approach minimizes shrinkage, we can't guarantee every item.
3. What's your approach to colour care?
We take colour care seriously! We meticulously separate items by colour before washing to prevent any dyes from transferring. For whites, we use a whiting booster to ensure your clothes maintain their brightness. This attention to detail helps keep your garments looking their best.
4. Do you use eco-friendly detergents?
Yes, we do! We select high-quality, eco-friendly detergents that are tough on stains but gentle on your clothes and the planet. They are also hypoallergenic and free from harsh chemicals.
5. What if I have delicate items or special requests?
No problem! We understand some items need extra attention. You can note any specific instructions or delicate items when you place your order.
